Jim Cadman will manage the project and be responsible for creating the ideas and developing the concepts that will generate the funds to build the Sunshine Garden of Fame.

He is a West Midlands-based businessman with a track record of delivering publicly-funded statues of notable people in communities across Britain.

Working in close harmony with sculptor Graham Ibbeson, who created the original Eric Morecambe statue in 1999 and was also involved in its repair in 2014, Jim has developed a Business Model for his statue projects that generates income across a wide range of price points including Patron Packages, Statue Marquettes, Tribute Magazines, Auctions, Grass Root activities and large Celebrity Events.

This enables fans and the wider public to gain a sense of ownership from contributing towards statues built in their communities.

Past public art projects that Jim has developed from the initial idea to the final unveiling include: Les Dawson (Lytham St Annes, 2008), Fred Trueman (Skipton, 2010), and Don Revie (Leeds, 2012).
